What type of metals does Atlanta Custom Fabricators use?
We only use stainless steel approved by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) as acceptable in foodservice areas. We do not use any 400 grade metals and adhere strictly to the standards set by NSF No. 2 guidelines. We use only approved metal grades as specified by the NSF, including 304, 301, and 201.
What type of underbracing does ACF use?
Our standard underbracing is made of 14g stainless steel. Our standard Stainless Steel channels are standard 4” and 6” in width.
What type of certifications does your company hold?
Atlanta Custom Fabricators is UL listed, and NSF No. 2 approved. We carry ETL listed products. ACF is also a proud, certified member of the Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
How far from Atlanta will ACF ship completed products?
Our own fleet of trucks services a majority of our business throughout the Southeast United States. Additionally, we often deliver to other various locations in the Continental US via dedicated freightliners. We also occasionally ship overseas to designated foreign embassies.
Do you use products from foregin or domestic mills?
We refrain from buying ANY foreign metals. Our committement to America means that all of our stainless steel is provided from domestic mills, right here in the United States.
